In March 2009, Wing Commander Owen Barnes, Deputy Director Defence Studies (RAF) recently gave an interview to the French equivalent of the Royal Air Force Centre for Air Power Studies: the Centre d’études stratégiques aérospatiales, with whom the RAF CAPS is developing a highly positive relationship. In October 2008, the RAF Bulletin ran a story celebrating the first "birthday" of the Royal Air Force Centre for Air Power Studies, which can be read HERE.
